Dalia Kinsey is a School Nutrition Specialist and Health at Every Size Registered Dietitian on a mission to make health accessible to all by encouraging body respect and joyful movement. After years of working in public health Dalia saw a need for health education resources that speak directly to the experience of BIPOC and LGBTQIA people. Nutrition and self-improvement resources are typically white and hetero centered. People of color and queer folks are asked to settle for scraps, and dig through resources for information that they can tailor for themselves.
In response to the ongoing failure of the nutrition community to be truly inclusive, all of her work is all BIPOC and LGBTQIA centered.
Radical self-care is a powerful defense against systemic oppression. Dalia is dedicated to fighting health disparities by teaching body neutrality and body lead eating as personal empowerment tools.
